About Us

Amelia is a private practitioner with extensive experience in assessing, diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders arising from work-related and sporting injuries, traumas and following orthopaedic surgical procedures, or as a result of postural abnormalities. This also extends to all ages and those undergoing orthodontic procedures. She is a manual therapist committed to ongoing professional development to combine this clinical experience with scientific evidence arising from ongoing research in all fields of musculoskeletal medicine, orthopaedics and pain science.

Amelia had a long established private practice in a southwestern  Sydney suburb prior to relocating to Cooma .
Past activities include teaching manual therapy to post-graduate students as a senior academic associate of Charles Sturt University.


Each person is treated on the basis of their individual needs and with their collaboration, to obtain a good understanding of their problems and to achieve optimal outcomes.


The focus is on empowering the person with self-help strategies to obtain results in the shortest period of time and sustain long term improvement.
